RIBS Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of new members to its Board of Directors as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its management structure and support the Company's continued growth.
Effective immediately, Kentaro Shima has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director. In this role, he will lead the enhancement of the Company's operational execution and contribute to further increasing corporate value.
In addition, Kosen Hasebe, Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Medino Capital, and Takehiko Uchida, Chief Executive Officer of Sanamedi Inc., have been appointed as Outside Directors. Their extensive leadership experience and deep expertise in the medical device industry will further strengthen the Company's corporate governance and strategic decision-making as RIBS continues to pursue sustainable growth.
