RIBS Inc. is pleased to announce that Takao Ohki, M.D., Ph.D., Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and President of the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Endovascular Intervention, delivered a presentation during Plenary Session 3: Pitch Competition, held on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
In his presentation, titled “One Year Later: RIBS Inc.’s Pursuit of a Unique Position and a Blue Ocean Strategy,” Dr. Ohki provided an update on the Company’s business progress since the previous year’s presentation and outlined its future outlook.
The presentation covered the following key topics:
Progress in the Company’s Series A financing
Expansion of the development organization and talent base
Progress in the development of the stent graft system and related products
Establishment of development and manufacturing frameworks with partners in Japan and overseas
Expansion of the Company’s intellectual property portfolio
Clinical adoption of the RIBS procedure
Future business strategy toward Series B financing and global expansion
Dr. Ohki highlighted the Company’s initiatives and achievements over the past year and presented its strategy for continued growth.
The session was attended by a wide range of healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry representatives, providing a valuable opportunity for active discussion and the exchange of ideas.
